Chef B.K. has worked in the food industry for over 10 years at some of the top casual and family-owned restaurants in the area. His career also includes working at world-renowned resorts and 5-star restaurants. When Chef B.K. first broke into the food industry, he realized he not only had a passion for cooking but also for entertaining through food. In June 2020, Chef B.K. saw the need to offer his community restaurant-quality meals in the comfort of their own home or vacation rentals. He established a KNIGHT of Fine Dining, in which he creates unique and local comfort dishes with a fine dining experience.
